Doggos, just like us, have sebaceous glands that are attached to hair follicles. These glands produce a light, oily substance called sebum that helps to keep the skin healthy, well moisturized, and shiny. Sebum also has antibiotic properties that provide the first line of defense against germs and bacteria. Between washes, the sebum can build up and leave greasy, dull, and unclean looking hair or fur. Plus, the more build-up, the stronger the smell!
The brand-new Nellie’s Fresh Dog is a waterless dog shampoo, perfect for fur babies that don’t like water, for when your pup needs a quick refresh, or between main grooming sessions.
Fresh Dog contains an enzyme blend that helps remove protein, starch, and fat residues from fur and skin naturally, without disturbing the delicate pH balance of the skin. Fresh Dog’s natural Oatmeal Mango fragrance leaves your pooch smelling fresh and clean, and keeps his coat shiny and soft.
How to Use
Shake well before using. Spray your pup’s coat liberally. Wipe treated area with damp cloth, working well into fur. For head and face, spray onto damp cloth and apply. Allow to dry, brush and groom as usual. Repeat process for heavily soiled or smelly areas.
Plant-based, biodegradable and non-toxic, Fresh Dog works on all puppers, doggos, and woofers, from long haired to short.
